About Us
What We Do
Preventing social isolation in the elderly is important. By signing up for our call service, you are getting access to one-on-one personal calls designated to help. We are a non-profit organization comprised of high school and college students dedicated to combating social isolation and providing aid to anyone in need.
Post COVID isolation remains a big hurdle for the elderly and home-bound. Helping calls is designed to provide these people with a one-on-one human connection whether it be a conversation about their family, daily activities, something special or difficult happening in their lives or what the student caller did during their day. In this digital age, human connection seems to be a scarcity, something we aim to provide, even on a small scale.
